Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 oz pkg onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 oz pkg au jus mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 cups prepared brown rice

Instruction

  • Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, and milk.
  • Roll into meatballs, dredge each meatball in flour, and shake off excess.
  • In a deep skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs turning as needed and working in batches.
  • Transfer meatballs to the bottom of a Crockpot.
  • In another bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, and water.
  • Pour over meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
