Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 oz pkg onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 oz pkg au jus mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 cups prepared brown rice
Instruction
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, and milk.
- Roll into meatballs, dredge each meatball in flour, and shake off excess.
- In a deep skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs turning as needed and working in batches.
- Transfer meatballs to the bottom of a Crockpot.
- In another bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, and water.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
- Serve over cooked rice.
