Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 lb Skirt Steak
  • 28 oz Diced Tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 cup bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 cup sweet onion (diced)
  • 1 tsp garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

Instruction

  • In a large crockpot place skirt steak. Top with all of the other ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. After 8 hours shred the beef with 2 forks. Serve over rice.
