Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 lb Skirt Steak
- 28 oz Diced Tomatoes (canned)
- 1 cup bell pepper (diced)
- 1 cup sweet onion (diced)
- 1 tsp garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
Instruction
- In a large crockpot place skirt steak. Top with all of the other ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. After 8 hours shred the beef with 2 forks. Serve over rice.
