Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 8 peaches (about 5 cups; fresh or frozen;)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (or gluten free flour mix)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter (or dairy free margarine)
Instruction
- Peel and slice peaches and add to large bowl
- Add brown sugar and stir, set aside
- In a small bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
- Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray
- Spread peaches evenly in crockpot
- Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches
- Slice butter into small pieces and add on top of flour mixture
- Cook on HIGH for 2 ½ hours
- Turn on LOW for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
- Serve warm or room temperature with ice cream if you like
- Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator
