Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 8 peaches (about 5 cups; fresh or frozen;)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (or gluten free flour mix)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (or dairy free margarine)

Instruction

  • Peel and slice peaches and add to large bowl
  • Add brown sugar and stir, set aside
  • In a small bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
  • Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray
  • Spread peaches evenly in crockpot
  • Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches
  • Slice butter into small pieces and add on top of flour mixture
  • Cook on HIGH for 2 ½ hours
  • Turn on LOW for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
  • Serve warm or room temperature with ice cream if you like
  • Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator
