Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 lb ground beef1
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs2
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves3 (minced)
- 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce (no salt added)
- 6 oz. can tomato paste (no salt added)
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¾ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix together the meatball ingredients with your hands until fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into 12 or 18 evenly sized balls and place them in the bottom of a crockpot. Just to be safe, spray the bottom of the crockpot with cooking spray before adding the meatballs.
- Add in the sauce ingredients and give them a gentle stir. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.4
