The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 pounds Russet Potatoes (Peeled And Cut Into Small Chunks)
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 4 Tablespoons butter (cut into squares)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- green onions (diced For Garnish)
- cream (or milk, or broth to taste (optional))
Instruction
- Combine potatoes, chicken broth, butter, and salt in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and fluffy-looking.
- Use your hand mixer to mash the potatoes or mash with a potato masher or fork
- Finally mix in any thing you choose to taste; sour cream, additional broth, cream, cheese, butter. The choice is yours.
