Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 pounds Russet Potatoes (Peeled And Cut Into Small Chunks)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 4 Tablespoons butter (cut into squares)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • green onions (diced For Garnish)
  • cream (or milk, or broth to taste (optional))

Instruction

  • Combine potatoes, chicken broth, butter, and salt in a slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and fluffy-looking.
  • Use your hand mixer to mash the potatoes or mash with a potato masher or fork
  • Finally mix in any thing you choose to taste; sour cream, additional broth, cream, cheese, butter. The choice is yours.
