Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 5 lbs potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup milk (plus more as needed)
- kosher salt and ground pepper to taste
Instruction
- Place peeled, chopped potatoes in a Crockpot.
- Add in chicken broth and butter.
- Cover and cook on high 4 hours.
- Remove lid and add in sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk.
- Beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth.
- Add more milk as needed for desired consistency.
- Add fresh ground salt and pepper to taste.
- Switch to keep warm setting and serve out of the slow cooker for a holiday dinner.
