Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup brown lentils
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 yam (peeled and cubed)
- 1 1/2 cups Jovial Organic Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 16 oz vegetable stock
- salt (to taste)
- fresh crushed black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours. Keep it warm in the slow cooker till you are ready to serve it.
- Optionally, garnish with basil or any other fresh herbs.
