Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix {1 box}
- ½ cup Applesauce
- 1⅓ cup Water
- 3 Eggs
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese Frosting {1 container}
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Instruction
- Beat cake mix, apple sauce, water and eggs together for 1 minute with mixer.
- Spray inside of Crockpot with Pam Cooking Spray.
- Pour mixture into Crockpot and cover.
- Cook on high for 1.5 – 2 hours, or until done.
- Allow the cake to cool in the crockpot after it has finished baking.
- Once the cake has cooled, carefully cut pieces directly out from the Crockpot.
- Stir in 1 tsp. Lemon Juice into the Cream Cheese Frosting, and frost the pieces up for an extra little boost of lemon zing!
