Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 c pinto beans (dry)
- 4 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1-2 c ham (diced)
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 4 oz diced chiles (1 small can)
- 5 c broth
Instruction
- Add everything into the slow cooker. Stir together.
- Seal lid and cook on high for 6-7 hours or until beans are as tender as you'd like.
