Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 c pinto beans (dry)
  • 4 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 1-2 c ham (diced)
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 4 oz diced chiles (1 small can)
  • 5 c broth

Instruction

  • Add everything into the slow cooker. Stir together.
  • Seal lid and cook on high for 6-7 hours or until beans are as tender as you'd like.
