Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup orange bell pepper (diced)
- 16 oz tomato sauce
- 10 oz can of Red Gold Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend
- 16 oz macaroni pasta
Instruction
- In a skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef. Drain beef.
- Place drained ground beef in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add seasonings on top of the ground beef.
- Add orange pepper, onion, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and green chilies, frozen corn, cream cheese, 1 cup of Mexican cheese, and beef broth.
- Stir to combine. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
- After the time is up, add the uncooked pasta to the crockpot and mix to combine.
- Allow pasta to cook for 20 minutes.
- Add remaining 1 cup of cheese, recover, and allow the cheese to melt.
- Top with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
