Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup orange bell pepper (diced)
  • 16 oz tomato sauce
  • 10 oz can of Red Gold Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend
  • 16 oz macaroni pasta

Instruction

  • In a skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef. Drain beef.
  • Place drained ground beef in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add seasonings on top of the ground beef.
  • Add orange pepper, onion, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and green chilies, frozen corn, cream cheese, 1 cup of Mexican cheese, and beef broth.
  • Stir to combine. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • After the time is up, add the uncooked pasta to the crockpot and mix to combine.
  • Allow pasta to cook for 20 minutes.
  • Add remaining 1 cup of cheese, recover, and allow the cheese to melt.
  • Top with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
