Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) melted butter
  • 1/4 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 3 - eggs
  • 3 cup(s) cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup(s) parsley, chopped
  • 2 box(es) frozen chopped spinach (thawed, squeezed & drained)
  • 1/2 cup(s) green onions
  • 1 cup(s) parmesan cheese

Instruction

  • Combine milk, butter, broth and eggs. Beat until frothy.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into crockpot.
  • Cook on high for 1 hour. Then turn to low and cook another 4-6 hours.
