Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 1 1/2 cup(s) evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup(s) melted butter
- 1/4 cup(s) chicken broth
- 3 - eggs
- 3 cup(s) cooked brown rice
- 1 cup(s) parsley, chopped
- 2 box(es) frozen chopped spinach (thawed, squeezed & drained)
- 1/2 cup(s) green onions
- 1 cup(s) parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Combine milk, butter, broth and eggs. Beat until frothy.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into crockpot.
- Cook on high for 1 hour. Then turn to low and cook another 4-6 hours.
