Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 28 ounces Frozen Green Beans {two 14 ounce packages, thawed for 1 hour}
- 1 pound Bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 21 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup ({two 10.5 oz. cans})
- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 cups French Fried Onions
Instruction
- Add Cream of Mushroom Soup, Evaporated Milk, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic, Onion Powder and Pepper to large bowl, then stir until thoroughly combined.
- Next, add thawed Frozen Green Beans and Cooked Chopped Bacon to your large bowl, and stir again.
- Spray inside of 5 - 6 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray, then transfer creamy bean mixture to crockpot.
- Cover crockpot with lid and cook on LOW for 4 hours. {do not overcook}
- When done, stir well, top with French Fried Onions, then turn crockpot off or to 'Warm' setting.
- Leave lid off crockpot, and serve straight from crockpot. With the lid kept off, this will allow the French Fried Onions to remain crunchy. ENJOY!
