  • 1 cup water (1 to 2 cups)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 15 oz chickpeas (1 can, drained and patted dry)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
