Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.5 pounds Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops (thawed {approx. 4 chops})
  • 10.5 ounces Chicken Broth {1 can}
  • 14 ounces Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce {1 can}
  • 8 ounces Kraft Catalina Dressing
  • 1 ounce Dry Onion Soup Mix {1 packet}

Instruction

  • Pour can of Chicken Broth into bottom of Crock Pot
  • Place Pork Chops in Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
  • After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot
  • Mix together Cranberry Sauce, Dry Onion Soup and Catalina Dressing in medium bowl, and stir well.
  • Pour mixture of Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done. Enjoy!!
