Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1 8.5 ounce box cornbread mix
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 14 ounce can cream-style corn
  • 1 15 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese (4-8 ounces)

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together, cornbread mix, cream cheese, butter, and egg, just until combined.
  • Fold in both cans of corn and cheese.
  • Pour mixture in a lightly greased slow cooker.
  • Cook on HIGH for 2 1/2- 3 hours, until Crockpot Corn Pudding is set, like a soft cake.
  • Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
