Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 ears corn (shucked)
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup Butter (melted)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (optional)
- Salt (to taste)
Instruction
- Place corn in slow cooker.
- Add water.
- Cook on high for 2½ to 3 hours.
- Remove corn from crockpot.
- Melt the butter and drizzle over the corn. (If using lemon juice, stir it into the butter before pouring over the corn.)
- Toss to coat and sprinkle with salt.
