Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ears corn (shucked)
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (optional)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • Place corn in slow cooker.
  • Add water.
  • Cook on high for 2½ to 3 hours.
  • Remove corn from crockpot.
  • Melt the butter and drizzle over the corn. (If using lemon juice, stir it into the butter before pouring over the corn.)
  • Toss to coat and sprinkle with salt.
