Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (seasoned with salt and pepper)
- 2 TB A1 Sauce
- 1 small yellow onion (diced)
- 3 lbs peeled russet potatoes (sliced a ¼ inch thick)
- 3 Tablespoons of butter (cut into 12 thin tabs)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 1 cup munster cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup cook (diced bacon)
- ½ cup beef broth
- Fresh parsly diced (and diced bacon for topping)
Instruction
- Brown and season the ground beef on the stove top with diced onion. drain fat. Stir in 2 Tablespoons of A1 Sauce and set aside.
- In a small bowl combine the paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Combine the cheeses together in a small bowl
- Add half of the potatoes in the crockpot. Sprinkle with half of the seasonings, 4 tabs of butter, half of the meat/onion mixture, half the bacon and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers again. Drizzle broth evenly over the layers, and top with last 4 tabs of butter.
- Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours, or until potatoes are throughly cooked.
