Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 4 lb beef short ribs
  • 1lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 6 (~1 lb) carrots, peeled & chunked
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce, regular or gluten free
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped as garnish

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients (except cilantro) to a large crock-pot and stir.  Cook on low 8 hours.
  • Top with fresh chopped cilantro and add sea salt to taste.  Serve with rice, egg noodles, or potatoes.  Happy Eating!  Beckie
