Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 4 lb beef short ribs
- 1lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 6 (~1 lb) carrots, peeled & chunked
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, regular or gluten free
- 1 1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped as garnish
Instruction
- Add all ingredients (except cilantro) to a large crock-pot and stir. Cook on low 8 hours.
- Top with fresh chopped cilantro and add sea salt to taste. Serve with rice, egg noodles, or potatoes. Happy Eating! Beckie
