The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb Dried Black Eyed Peas
- 1 Ham bone (or ham hock)
- 32 oz Beef Broth
- 2 tsp cajun seasoning
Instruction
- Place Dried Peas in a large bowl of water and allow them to soak over night.
- In the morning, drain and place the peas, ham bone, seasoning and beef broth in the crockpot and cover.
- Cook them on low for 8-10 hours.
- Serve alone as a side dish or with rice
