Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 lbs chuck roast ( or stew meat)
- 1 pkt taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- Small Flour Tortillas
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- Taco Toppings { Sour Cream (Guacamole, Cheese, etc. })
Instruction
- Place the beef in your crockpot and top with taco seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the lid and shred the beef. Once shredded stir in the refried beans and recover to heat through.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Add some the meat mixture to the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Once you baking sheet is filled spray the taquitos with some olive oil cooking spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the tortillas start to get crispy.
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
