Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast, cubed ((stew meat))
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 2 cups winter squash or potato, cubed ((1 delicata, 1/2 butternut or 1 large potato))
- 3 carrots, chopped into chunky rounds
- 10 mushrooms, halved
- 2 cups broth ((bone, chicken or beef))
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instruction
- Prep the vegetables as indicated above.
- Place all of the ingredients in your crockpot in the order listed above.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
