Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb stew meat
  • 1-2 tbsps AP flour
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper (each)
  • 3 potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 2 carrots (peeled and sliced)
  • 2-3 celery stalks (diced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 small bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1-2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce

Instruction

  • Add the stew meat to the bottom of your Crockpot/slow cooker and toss with the flour, salt, and pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours.
