Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 pounds Pork Loin or Pork Tenderloin
  • 18 ounces Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce {1 bottle}
  • 1 1/2 cups Coca-Cola {one 12 ounce can}
  • ½ White Onion (sliced {optional})

Instruction

  • If using sliced onions, first place on the bottom of Crockpot.
  • Cut Pork Tenderloin in half across width, trimming off any excess fat, then place 2 pieces in Crockpot. {or on top of sliced onions if using onions}
  • Mix together BBQ Sauce and Coke in mixing bowl and stir well.
  • Pour BBQ Sauce and Coke mixture over Pork, and cover Crockpot.
  • Cook on LOW for 6 – 7 hours, or until done.
  • Remove from Crockpot, and Shred on cutting board using 2 forks.
  • Serve on plates or on burger buns, and drizzle with extra leftover sauce from the crockpot after shredded to keep moist. Yummo!
