Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ Pounds Beef Stew Meat (cut into small pieces)
  • 29 Ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes (with liquid)
  • 30 Ounces Canned Kidney Beans (with liquid)
  • 1 Cup Bottled Italian Salad Dressing (your favorite brand)
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion (peeled and diced)
  • 2 Ribs Celery (diced)
  • 3 Medium Carrots (peeled and diced)
  • 2 Medium Zucchini (diced)
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Pound Rotini Pasta

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients except the pasta to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours on LOW or 3-4 hours on high.
  • Cook pasta according to directions on package on the stove-top and drain.
  • Add cooked pasta to soup and serve and enjoy!
