Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ Pounds Beef Stew Meat (cut into small pieces)
- 29 Ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes (with liquid)
- 30 Ounces Canned Kidney Beans (with liquid)
- 1 Cup Bottled Italian Salad Dressing (your favorite brand)
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion (peeled and diced)
- 2 Ribs Celery (diced)
- 3 Medium Carrots (peeled and diced)
- 2 Medium Zucchini (diced)
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Pound Rotini Pasta
Instruction
- Add all ingredients except the pasta to a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours on LOW or 3-4 hours on high.
- Cook pasta according to directions on package on the stove-top and drain.
- Add cooked pasta to soup and serve and enjoy!
