Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 32 oz Cocktail Peanuts ((2-16 oz cans))
- 12 oz White Baking Chocolate ((3-4 oz bars) chopped)
- 2.5 Cups white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instruction
- Mix all the ingredients, except vanilla extract, together in your crock pot after spraying it with non-stick spray.
- Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes to 1.5 hours stirring and checking every half-hour to see if melted.
- After the first 30 minutes, add your vanilla extract while stirring
- Once fully melted and blended, turn off slow cooker and spoon out candy by the teaspoonful on to wax paper and let cool.
- Store in an airtight container to keep fresh.
