Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Pounds Extra Lean Ground Turkey (May Also Use Ground Chicken)
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion (Finely Diced)
- 1 Cup Celery (Finely Diced)
- 4.5 Ounces Canned Diced Green Chiles
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 10.75 Ounces Canned Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1/4 Cup Prepared Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instruction
- In a large skillet on the stove top, cook and crumble the ground turkey until no longer pink inside and most of the moisture from the meat has evaporated.
- Add the cooked turkey to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker along with the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Serve sloppy joe meat on your favorite hamburger buns or rolls.
