Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5-7 pounds bone-in turkey breast (fully thawed)
  • 1 stick melted butter (or 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • kosher salt (to taste (1-2 teaspoons))

Instruction

  • Place thawed turkey in a 6-quart slow cooker. Pour butter over. Sprinkle with kosher salt to taste and then sprinkle other seasonings over. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
