Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 32 ounces Velveeta original, cubed
  • 8 ounces pepper jack cheese block, cubed
  • 15 ounce can black beans, drained
  • 10 ounces mild Rotel, drained
  • 2 packets taco seasoning
  • 1 pound ground beef, lean
  • 1 cup beer
  • Tortilla chips

Instruction

  • Place the crockpot on low setting.
  • Cube the Velveeta and pepper jack cheese. Place into crockpot.
  • Drain the Rotel and black beans. Place into crockpot.
  • On the stovetop, brown the ground beef and drain fat. Add taco seasoning packets and a few tablespoons water. Simmer until seasoning has thickened.
  • Place ground beef into crockpot with 1 cup of any beer.
  • Cook for 2-3 hours. Stir well. Serve with tortilla chips.
