Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • ½ Onion (diced)
  • 2 C Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 Tablespoon Taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoon Jalapeno (diced (optional))
  • 8 oz. shell pasta (or Macaroni, fusilli, penne, etc.)
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 14 oz. tomatoes (diced (undrained))

Instruction

  • Brown beef and onions together in a frying pan. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning, jalapeno, and other spices.
  • Transfer beef mixture into the slow cooker bowl. Add tomatoes and cream cheese. Cook on low for 5 – 6 hours.
  • An hour before serving, cook pasta and drain. Add to the slow cooker bowl along with shredded cheese and sour cream. Mix well. Cook for another hour.
  • Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and some grated cheese
