Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- ½ Onion (diced)
- 2 C Cheese (shredded)
- 1 Tablespoon Taco seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoon Jalapeno (diced (optional))
- 8 oz. shell pasta (or Macaroni, fusilli, penne, etc.)
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 14 oz. tomatoes (diced (undrained))
Instruction
- Brown beef and onions together in a frying pan. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning, jalapeno, and other spices.
- Transfer beef mixture into the slow cooker bowl. Add tomatoes and cream cheese. Cook on low for 5 – 6 hours.
- An hour before serving, cook pasta and drain. Add to the slow cooker bowl along with shredded cheese and sour cream. Mix well. Cook for another hour.
- Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and some grated cheese
