Ingredients

The following ingredients have 14 Servings
  • 6 Strawberry Pop Tarts
  • 2 lbs strawberries (tops cut off and berries cut into quarters)
  • 2 lbs strawberry glaze or gel ((2 - 1 lb bags))
  • 1 strawberry cake mix (unprepared)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (cut into thin pats)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (cut into thin pats)

Instruction

  • Arrange your pop tarts in the bottom of a casserole crock pot or 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Evenly spread quartered strawberries on top of pop tarts.
  • Cut a corner off the strawberry glaze bags and squeeze out of bag evenly across the top of the strawberries.
  • Sprinkle your cake mix across the top of everything evenly.
  • Place thin butter pats across the top of your cake mix.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your crock pot does not cook evenly.
