Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1 large yellow onion, (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper, (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper, (sliced)
  • 2 cups Tomato Salsa
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fajitas Seasoning Mix

Instruction

  • Cut flank steak into 6 equal portions and place in your slow cooker. 
  • Add onions and peppers to the slow cooker.
  • Pour in the tomato salsa and add beef broth.
  • Add fajita seasoning and mix everything together.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Transfer meat to a cutting board; using two forks, shred the beef.
  • Stir beef back into the slow cooker.
  • Serve hot with flour tortillas.
