Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1 large yellow onion, (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper, (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper, (sliced)
- 2 cups Tomato Salsa
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Fajitas Seasoning Mix
Instruction
- Cut flank steak into 6 equal portions and place in your slow cooker.
- Add onions and peppers to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the tomato salsa and add beef broth.
- Add fajita seasoning and mix everything together.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Transfer meat to a cutting board; using two forks, shred the beef.
- Stir beef back into the slow cooker.
- Serve hot with flour tortillas.
