Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 9 oz Frozen Spinach (cooked and drained well)
- 14.5 oz Artichoke Hearts (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken ((we used thighs))
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Place the chicken in the bottom of a casserole crock or traditional 6 quart slow cooker.
- Salt and Pepper well.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours
