Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 9 oz Frozen Spinach (cooked and drained well)
  • 14.5 oz Artichoke Hearts (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken ((we used thighs))
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of a casserole crock or traditional 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Salt and Pepper well.
  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in mozzarella cheese.
  • Cook on low for 4-5 hours
