Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 26 oz frozen Italian-style meatballs (thawed)
  • 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 16 oz thin spaghetti (cooked al dente (NOT to the texture you desire))
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instruction

  • Mix together your al dente noodles, onion and spaghetti sauce in your pot you cooked your noodles in and spread in the bottom of your lightly greased casserole crock pot or 6 quart crock pot
  • In a separate bowl, mix together your sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning
  • Spread your cream cheese mixture evenly across your spaghetti and sauce mixture
  • Top with your meatballs and shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, turning your insert halfway through if your crock pot does not cook evenly
