Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 ounces cream cheese (cut into cubes)
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan
- Cooked crab meat from 1 Dungeness Crab (or about 1 cup crab meat)
- 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- fresh chives for garnish
Instruction
- Combine cream cheese and milk in the bowl of a small slow cooker. Cover, and cook on high 45 minutes, giving it a good stir. The cheese should be melted and creamy. Add the Parmesan, crab meat, dried onion, Old Bay, garlic powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire, and stir to combine. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Give it a good stir again, and add the lemon juice, if using. Remove from the slow cooker to a serving bowl, and garnish with fresh chives.
- Serve with crackers or bread slices.
