Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup chicken bone broth
- 1/2 cup white cooking wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound raw shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- grated parmesan (optional)
Instruction
- Combine broth, wine, olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper (and red pepper flakes if desired) in 2 quart crock pot.
- Add shrimp. Cover.
- Turn crock pot on desired setting and cook about 1 1/2 hours on high or 2 1/2 hours on low.
- Serve with grated parmesan on top if desired.
