Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 1/2 lb beef round or shoulder roast
- 1 cup catsup
- 12 oz can beer or non-alcoholic beer
- 2 oz onion soup mix ((2 - 1 oz pkgs))
- 8 hamburger buns
- favorite bbq sauce (garnish)
Instruction
- Put your roast in the bottom of your 6-quart crock pot (I used my Hamilton Beach Multi-Quart Slow Cooker)
- Mix together your catsup, beer/non-alcoholic beer and soup mix and pour over your roast
- Cover and cook on low for 4 - 4 1/2 hours
- Shred your beef with two forks
- Serve shredded beef on buns with bbq sauce, if desired
