Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 rack baby back ribs
- 1 C water
- 1 clove garlic (smashed)
- 1/4 C cider vinegar
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 C barbecue sauce (I used a spicy honey variety)
- salt & pepper
Instruction
- Line your crock pot with a liner or spray with non stick spray
- Score the silver membrane on the back of the ribs and season ribs with salt and pepper
- Place the rack of ribs in the crock pot, standing up. They should basically be lining the edges of the crock pot
- Place water, vinegar, garlic, worcestershire in the center of crock pot and pour the barbecue sauce over ribs.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, depending on how hot your crock pot cooks.
- CAREFULLY remove ribs with tongs and cut into serving portions. Brush with cooking liquid or extra barbecue sauce, if desired.
