Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 rack baby back ribs
  • 1 C water
  • 1 clove garlic (smashed)
  • 1/4 C cider vinegar
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 C barbecue sauce (I used a spicy honey variety)
  • salt & pepper

Instruction

  • Line your crock pot with a liner or spray with non stick spray
  • Score the silver membrane on the back of the ribs and season ribs with salt and pepper
  • Place the rack of ribs in the crock pot, standing up. They should basically be lining the edges of the crock pot
  • Place water, vinegar, garlic, worcestershire in the center of crock pot and pour the barbecue sauce over ribs.
  • Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, depending on how hot your crock pot cooks.
  • CAREFULLY remove ribs with tongs and cut into serving portions. Brush with cooking liquid or extra barbecue sauce, if desired.
