Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1-2 teaspoons Sriracha Hot Sauce Or Any Favorite Hot Sauce
- 1 3/4 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Or Thighs
Instruction
- Combine ketchup, white wine vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, pepper, sriracha or any favorite hot sauce and chicken stock in a crock-pot. Mix well and add chicken.
- Cook for 5-6 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
- Use 2 forks to pull chicken apart and shred in the crock-pot.
- Serve over hamburger buns topped with BBQ Sauce from the bottom of the pan and with Coleslaw.
