Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1-2 teaspoons Sriracha Hot Sauce Or Any Favorite Hot Sauce
  • 1 3/4 cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Or Thighs

Instruction

  • Combine ketchup, white wine vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, pepper, sriracha or any favorite hot sauce and chicken stock in a crock-pot. Mix well and add chicken.
  • Cook for 5-6 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
  • Use 2 forks to pull chicken apart and shred in the crock-pot.
  • Serve over hamburger buns topped with BBQ Sauce from the bottom of the pan and with Coleslaw.
