Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken (cubed)
  • 30 oz cans diced tomatoes ((2-15 oz cans))
  • 2 zucchini (, diced)
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dried, minced onion
  • 2 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (,optional)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (,optional)
  • cooked bowtie pasta

Instruction

  • Mix together your cubed chicken, tomatoes, zucchini, soup, vinegar, onion and spices in your 6-quart crock pot (I used my Hamilton Beach Multi-Quart Slow Cooker)
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours
  • If desired, add in your cheese and sour cream and cook for an additional 15 minutes
  • Serve over your cooked pasta
