Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken (cubed)
- 30 oz cans diced tomatoes ((2-15 oz cans))
- 2 zucchini (, diced)
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried, minced onion
- 2 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (,optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (,optional)
- cooked bowtie pasta
Instruction
- Mix together your cubed chicken, tomatoes, zucchini, soup, vinegar, onion and spices in your 6-quart crock pot (I used my Hamilton Beach Multi-Quart Slow Cooker)
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours
- If desired, add in your cheese and sour cream and cook for an additional 15 minutes
- Serve over your cooked pasta
