Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 lbs red potatoes (washed and quartered)
- 16 oz bag baby carrots
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 32 oz chicken broth
- water ((approximately 2-3 cups))
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instruction
- Put your potato quarters, carrots and onion slices in the bottom of your 6 quart slow cooker.
- Sprinkle your seasonings on top and pour your broth in your crock pot.
- Pour in enough water to barely cover your veggies (about 2-3 cups).
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours (until your veggies are fork tender).
