Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs baby potatoes ((halved; any color works))
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instruction
- Toss potatoes in olive oil, thyme, oregano and salt. Transfer to a 6 quart slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
