Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes ((halved; any color works))
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Toss potatoes in olive oil, thyme, oregano and salt. Transfer to a 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
