Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pork roast gravy mix (packet sizes can vary with different brands)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 3 ribs celery (sliced)
  • 16 oz bag baby carrots
  • 6 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced into wedges)
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instruction

  • Place your veggies in the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker
  • Put your tenderloin on top of your veggies
  • Spoon your soup over your tenderloin
  • Sprinkle your gravy mix evenly over everything
  • Pour your water over the top of everything
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
  • Remove your tenderloin from your crock pot, place in a serving dish, give your gravy a good stir and pour over your pork loin in your serving dish
