Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 48 ounces mushrooms (cut in quarters)
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 4 scallions (finely chopped)
- Juice of 1 lemon (or 2 limes)
- 6 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1-2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a large crock pot or slow cooker, and stir. Cover, and cook on high 5-7 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon so that the liquid drains out.
