Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 48 ounces mushrooms (cut in quarters)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 4 scallions (finely chopped)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (or 2 limes)
  • 6 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1-2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a large crock pot or slow cooker, and stir. Cover, and cook on high 5-7 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon so that the liquid drains out.
