Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion (sliced thick)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup green onions

Instruction

  • In a 6 quart crock pot place the onions on the bottom and the chicken on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the BBQ on top.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  • 30 minutes before ready to serve top with the cheese and bacon.
  • Serve on the onions and top with diced tomatoes and green onions.
