Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion (sliced thick)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded Monterey cheese
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup green onions
Instruction
- In a 6 quart crock pot place the onions on the bottom and the chicken on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the BBQ on top.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
- 30 minutes before ready to serve top with the cheese and bacon.
- Serve on the onions and top with diced tomatoes and green onions.
