Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 lbs ground beef (browned and drained)
- 1 oz ranch dip mix
- 1 oz brown gravy mix packet
- 1/4 cup butter (sliced)
- 6 pepperoncinis
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 6 medium Russet Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 16 oz bag baby carrots (sliced)
- 29 oz green beans ((2 - 14.5 oz cans), drained)
Instruction
- Combine all your ingredients in a 6 quart slow cooker, stir well and make sure your vegetables are covered by your broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. (It is done when the vegetables reach desired tenderness.)
