Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 lbs ground beef (browned and drained)
  • 1 oz ranch dip mix
  • 1 oz brown gravy mix packet
  • 1/4 cup butter (sliced)
  • 6 pepperoncinis
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 6 medium Russet Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 16 oz bag baby carrots (sliced)
  • 29 oz green beans ((2 - 14.5 oz cans), drained)

Instruction

  • Combine all your ingredients in a 6 quart slow cooker, stir well and make sure your vegetables are covered by your broth.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. (It is done when the vegetables reach desired tenderness.)
