Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
  • 1/2 lb bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked al dente (The measurement is made before cooking.))
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instruction

  • Combine beef, tomato paste, onion, garlic salt and pepper in a medium bowl
  • In a lightly greased 6 quart crock pot, layer your ingredients in this order: macaroni, tomatoes, beef mixture, crumbled bacon, cheese
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-2.5 hours
