Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 Pounds Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion (Peeled And Thinly Sliced)
  • 8 Ounces Fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 Cubes Beef Bouillon
  • 1/2 Cup Marsala Wine
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Steak Sauce
  • 10.5 Ounces Canned Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Instruction

  • Put meat, onions, and mushrooms in a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours hours or until meat is tender.
  • Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
