The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 Pounds Beef Stew Meat
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion (Peeled And Thinly Sliced)
- 8 Ounces Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 Cubes Beef Bouillon
- 1/2 Cup Marsala Wine
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Steak Sauce
- 10.5 Ounces Canned Cream Of Mushroom Soup
Instruction
- Put meat, onions, and mushrooms in a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours hours or until meat is tender.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
