Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
  • Buns and Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Place your chicken in your 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with pepperoncini slices.
  • Pour juice over top of chicken.
  • Pour marinara over the top of the chicken.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours
  • Shred with 2 forks and serve with a slotted spoon over buns, rice, noodles or just in a bowl with cheese, if desired
