Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 medium Russet Potatoes (cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Butter (softened and sliced)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (half of an 8 oz block, softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 pieces bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
Instruction
- Place your cubed potatoes in the bottom of a lightly greased 4 quart slow cooker
- In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, cream cheese, butter and garlic with a fork until well combined
- Pour chicken broth over potatoes
- Spread cream cheese mixture over potatoes
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Top with crumbled bacon
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2.5-3 hours
