Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 6 ounces Frozen Lemonade Concentrate (thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup

Instruction

  • Place chicken in the bottom of a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine together the remaining ingredients and pour mixture over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve chicken over cooked rice that you have cooked on the stove-top. Seasoning to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
